Our Founder
Victor Jose Disla is the founder of 809 Enterprise and a successful trucking business owner who turned his experience on the road into a mission to help others achieve the same success. After building his own career in transportation, Victor recognized the challenges many people face in obtaining their Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and starting a trucking business of their own.
With firsthand knowledge of the industry, he created 809 Enterprise as an educational platform to guide new drivers through the CDL process and provide them with the tools, confidence, and support needed to launch their own trucking careers. Victor’s vision is simple: to empower individuals with the same opportunities that transformed his life, and to open pathways to independence and financial stability through the trucking industry.
